Process Safety Lead

Job description
Je komt terecht in het interne team van HAZOP/LOPA Leads op onze site in Geel. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor veiligheidsstudies gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van onze installaties; zowel binnen projecten (van basic engineering tot en met as-built) als bij de remediatie van bestaande apparatuur. Als HAZOP/LOPA Lead analyseer, structureer en onderbouw je veiligheidskeuzes binnen nieuwe en bestaande installaties (zoals reactoren, drogers, centrifuges, tanks en utilities). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige HAZOP/LOPA-proces (van voorbereiding tot rapportage) en fungeert als klankbord op het gebied van procesveiligheid. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Leiden van HAZOP/LOPA-studies binnen projecten en bij remediatie van bestaande installaties Voorbereiden, faciliteren en rapporteren van HAZOP/LOPA-sessies Analyseren en onderbouwen van veiligheidskeuzes voor nieuwe en bestaande installaties Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor procesveiligheid binnen het team Stimuleren en ondersteunen van innovatieve technische oplossingen voor veiligheidsvraagstukken Samenwerken met procesingenieurs, safety experts en (junior) HAZOP-scribes

Jouw profiel
Ervaring met het leiden van HAZOP/LOPA-studies binnen projecten en remediatie Kennis van procesveiligheid en toewijding aan veiligheid Vaardigheid in het ontwikkelen van innovatieve technische oplossingen Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden Ervaring met samenwerking in multidisciplinaire teams Nederlands en Engels vloeiend Ervaring met functionele veiligheid, explosieveiligheid (ATEX), PSV/RD/orificeberekeningen of machineveiligheid is een plus Masterdiploma in ingenieurswetenschappen, bij voorkeur chemische of procesveiligheidstechniek is een plus Ervaring met procesveiligheidsactiviteiten in de farmaceutische of chemische industrie is een plus Wat
