Business Analyst - WERO Implementation (CARDs Project)
Join a leading digital bank at the forefront of innovation in payment solutions. Our client is seeking a Business Analyst (CARDs) to support the rollout of WERO, a next-generation peer-to-peer payment initiative designed to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency across digital channels.
**Location**: Brussels, Belgium

**️ Languages**: French or English required; Dutch is a plus
**Contract Type**: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and document detailed User Stories for WERO implementation, covering both onboarding and peer-to-peer flows.
- Conduct functional testing of user stories and ensure quality delivery within Agile sprints.
- Coordinate and align workstreams between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Handle incident management by investigating bugs, identifying root causes, and liaising with third-party vendors for resolution.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, documentation, and solution design in collaboration with the project team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or payment systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to write precise and actionable user stories.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Solution-oriented and proactive in resolving issues and improving workflows.
- Stress-resistant, able to perform in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
