**Help us get ahead of disease together with our Internship Programme**:** Education required**: You are regularly **enrolled** in a Master in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing or similar fields in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
**Language requirement**: English is a must have
**Expected start date**: As soon as possible
**Duration**:4 to 6 months
**Work arrangements**:hybrid (2 days on site and 3 homeworking)
**Requisite**: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
**Remuneration**: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

**What will you do? Where does the role fit?**
- Operational activities - Take on tasks within the team
- Assisting Senior Planning Manager in operational Supply Management activities in interaction with Market and global stakeholders
- Assisting Senior Planning Manager in working on people engagement initiatives in the supply chain environment
- Conducting shipment distributions (air or sea) and work on proposals to optimize our time and cost efficiencies
- Providing support for master data set up and ensuring data quality
- Managing the cessation of supply / Shortage reporting processes to stakeholders
- Supporting and improve the Inventory Review Process
- Support and Lead transversal projects in the planning department
- Gather data on release performance and proactively follow/report to the Senior Manager
- Supporting continuous improvement projects related to supply chain planning
- Taking on coordination responsibilities within larger projects, including clarifying task scopes, aligning milestones, defining, and tracking completion of actions, and reporting progress to the project manager
- Continuous development of the Onboarding handbook for newcomers
