Our client is a major American company located in Willebroek.

They supply wholesalers with automotive parts and place great importance on teamwork, respect, safety, and ergonomics
They are currently looking for motivated order pickers for long-term employment in a two-shift system.

**What does the job involve?**
- You will be performing 100% order picking in various forms.
- Through internal training, you will learn to operate vertical order picking trucks. These can reach up to 12 meters high, and you will be required to wear a safety harness.
- You are physically capable of handling work that involves lifting up to 25 kg.
- Heavy tasks are alternated with lighter duties, but be prepared for physically demanding work. Think of it as free fitness ;)
- You are willing to wear safety goggles at all times on the work floor. This is mandatory for all employees.
- You remain calm and focused during an intensive and educational training program.

You will be working in a two-shift system, alternating between early and late shifts.

Kwalificaties
- You have a stable employment history.
- You are willing to perform 100% order picking in various forms.
- You are physically capable of handling work up to 25 kg. Heavy tasks alternate with lighter ones, but be prepared for physically demanding work — consider it free fitness
- You are not afraid of heights, as you will operate vertical order picking trucks that reach up to 12 meters.
- You are willing to wear safety goggles at all times on the work floor — this is mandatory for all employees.
- You have experience in a warehouse environment.
- You are motivated, eager to learn, and reliable, with strong perseverance. The selection process for this company consists of 3 steps.
- You have your own transport (public transport is not an option).
- You speak very good Dutch or English.
- You are available to work in two shifts: early (06:00-14:00) and late (14:00-22:00).

Aanbod

You will be working for a financially healthy American company with modern infrastructure and long-term job security. The company places great emphasis on safety and ergonomics, ensuring that you can perform your job sustainably over the long term.

Your salary follows the wage scales of the metal industry’s joint committee.
- You will start at €16.4783/hour + €8 meal vouchers per working day.
- Your wage increases to €17.264/hour after completing internal training to operate vertical order picking trucks. This training lasts 3 days and takes place shortly after you start.
- After 1 year of service: €18.489/hour.
- Shift premium: +10% (for two shifts).
