Currently, 122 McDonald’s restaurants in Belgium are run by 24 independent entrepreneurs (Franchisees). Because our business is growing fast-paced, we are looking for talented people to reinforce our Head Offices that support all restaurants.

The role of the Deployment Consultant is to oversee, prepare and implement projects of McDonald’s Corporation and monitor the consistent execution by the restaurants in order to enhance customer and employee experience and to maximize sales and profit.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Building strong working relationships with franchisees and restaurants based on trust and mutual accountability;
- Preparing restaurants for the implementation of projects and initiatives
- Set-up implementation plans and training materials
- Working together with internal and external stakeholders
- Using key business metrics to analyze the impact on business results for deployed solutions;
- Ensuring franchisee execution and compliance with Company Gold Standards and develop action plans, milestones and task schedules;
- Providing coaching and on-site support to execute various programs deemed necessary;
- Identifying threats and opportunities for new projects implementation quality leveraging project KPIs and gathering feedback from customers and project stakeholders

Your Menu

To be able to thrive in this role, we believe you need to master:

- Restaurant Business acumen, including financial and analytical skills
- Fluency in French or/and Dutch and a good level of English;
- Experience with people management and excellent prioritizing of project tasks to achieve project goals
- Excellent assertive communication (clear verbal and written communication to all levels of both internal and external personnel) and presentation skills;
- Proactive, initiative taker with a sense of humor
- 2 years’ or + experience in a field operations-oriented role within the project management industry or comparable multi-unit retail industry will be an advantage
- Strong, active Team Player
- MS Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
