-** Key Responsibilities**
- The HSE Manager must:

- **As part of a dynamic risk management system**:

conduct frequent and systematic workplace visits,
- examine workstations whenever the workers occupying them are exposed to an increase in risks or new risks and propose appropriate solutions;
- Conduct an in-depth workplace and workplace scan at least once a year.
- conduct an analysis of workplace accidents and incidents that have occurred in the workplace
- to carry out useful, necessary and relevant analyses, studies and research for the improvement of workers' welfare;
- learn about manufacturing processes, work methods and work processes, examine them on site and propose measures to reduce the risks associated with them;
- maintain the necessary documentation
- in the event of an emergency and the impossibility of having recourse to management, take the necessary measures to remedy the causes of danger or nuisance;
- the tasks assigned to them by the employer to prevent the recurrence of serious accidents at work.
- Support the drafting of the global prevention plan and the annual action plan in order to ensure follow-up with the identified partners
- **As part of the management and operation of the Internal Protection and Prevention Service**:

Prepare monthly and annual reports
- Draw up occupational accident records
- Participate in the investigation following work accidents and write the analysis of the accident
- carry out occupational accident declarations with the participation of the HR department
- Overseeing and managing the SIPP
- Monitor the organization of medical surveillance and SEPP billing
- **To draw up, complete and approve documents when selecting, purchasing, using and maintaining work equipment and personal protective equipment**
Carry out PPE monitoring: validate new PPE identified according to specific requirements, organise field tests to validate new equipment.....

- Follow the applicable regulations in order to implement the relevant legal guidelines to ensure a link with ISO standards and audits.
- **As part of the work of the secretariat of the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPPT), the tasks that are set out in the regulations that determine the functioning of the Committee**
Carry out the secretariat of the CPPW
- Advising the members of the CPPW
- Proposing actions to improve well-being
- **As part of the missions relating to health surveillance**:

ensure that workers who are victims of an accident or indisposition receive first aid and emergency care,
- advise workers in the context of a declaration of occupational diseases.
- Ensure that all workers undergo the appropriate medical examinations for their workstation and organise periodic medical examinations

**Qualification**
- For our site, we require:
a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
level 2 certification
initial experience in an industrial setting in order to understand the environment in which it is necessary to evolve

The ability to adapt communication styles in order to interact internally, whether with operators, managers or any external organisation
Demonstrate strong organisational skills
Have analytical skills and be solution-oriented

Proficiency in Office for report writing and action tracking
B2 in English
