**Wat ga je doen?**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de service-now-implementatie, wat heel wat requirements vraagt vanuit de business. Jij bent dus het eerste aanspreekpunt dat met de business de gesprekken voert en dit in een overzichtelijke analyse giet. Service Now focust zich op request management, incident management, changes en configuratie management. Je gaat samen met de Product Owner het werkveld in om iedereen zijn requirements goed in kaart te brengen.
**Wat moet je kunnen?**
Je komt in één team terecht van een aantal developers, één technical lead, product owner en één project manager.
Je bent in staat om mock-ups te maken om die dan visueel voor te stellen. Ook heb je ervaring met Service Now en je kent de ITIL processen. Je hebt ervaring in een Agile omgeving en je kent de principes van SCRUM. Je hebt in het verleden ook al veel gedocumenteerd als Business analist.
**Wie ben je?**
Je bent communicatief zeer sterk en durft feedback te geven. Je durft de juiste vragen te stellen en anderen te challengen. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Business analist
