- Business value: Deep dive into the business needs and define the concrete technical scope, to realize the envisioned business return.
- Project Leadership: Define project scope, develop business cases, plan, and execute AI initiatives with a pragmatic approach.
- Technical Guidance: Coordinate both internal and external Data / AI specialists and critically assess technological proposals.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct evaluations to assess the success of AI projects and identify areas for improvement.
- Risks: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with AI projects.
- Compliance: Ensure AI projects comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Workshops and Training: Organize workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs across the Group.
- Community Engagement: Foster knowledge sharing, inspiration, and communication within the organization's AI community.

**Qualifications**
- Educational Background: Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: Junior or senior profile with experience in project management, preferably in AI or data-related technology projects.
