**Your tasks as Assistant Store Manager for Nike in Leuven**:
- You will oversee and manage all areas of the store, including front of house, back of house and visual merchandising.
- You identify opportunities to increase sales, set clear targets and communicate these effectively.
- You motivate and manage the team so that you achieve the targets together.
- You ensure smooth processes and efficient management of stock and ordering processes.
- You are a role model for first-class customer service and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

**Your qualifications**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
