Your job as Junior Financial Controller

You are responsible for the monthly controlling activities, and you monitor the quality of the bookkeeping and the accuracy of the financial reporting. You will work together with your 4 colleagues from the Accounting & Controlling department in Ghent.
You get energy from
Performing monthly and annual controlling activities;
Ensuring the quality of the accounting and the accuracy of financial reporting;
Analyzing and investigating financial issues related to figures recorded in the accounting;
Collaborating with the Shared Service Center;
Supporting internal and external audits;
Carrying out credit control activities.
Your strengths
You combine your Bachelor degree Accountancy-Tax Law with a first relevant work experience.
Your analytical skills, eagerness to learn, result oriented and hands-on mentality are your strongest assets.
You have a good knowledge of SAP.
You have a thorough understanding of Belgian GAAP. Knowledge of IFRS is a big plus.
You get along well with Ms Office, especially Excel.
You express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
