- Assist in the planning markets and conducts an ongoing program to provide conditioning programs for facility users.
- Instructs in the proper conditioning and training for aerobic and muscular fitness, and flexibility. Requirements: Conditions of employment:

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays. Shift work to include opening shifts 0600-1300 or closing shift 1300-1900. - Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. _If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._ Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
