Je zorgt voor economisch en kwalitatief verantwoorde aankopen binnen het budget.
- Je ontwikkelt een evaluatiesysteem om de beste leveranciers te selecteren en optimaliseert de aankoopprocedures.
- Je beoordeelt leveranciers op kwaliteit, prijs, leverings-, service
- en aankoopvoorwaarden.
- Je gaat actief op zoek naar alternatieve leveranciers die betrouwbaar en financieel stabiel zijn en negotieert contracten met als doel een optimale prijs/kwaliteit.
- Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen en je bent bekwaam om de behoeften van andere departementen te begrijpen.
- Je stelt KPI’s op, volgt deze op en onderneemt acties ter verbetering.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de gebouwen binnen het vastgestelde budget.
- Je kan terugblikken op een eerste werkervaring binnen aankoop.
- Je beschikt over een master of bachelordiploma binnen een economische richting.
- Je bent een dynamische persoon met sterke onderhandelingstechnieken.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en bezit het nodige leiderschap om de aankoopdoelstellingen te realiseren.
