Category and Customer Strategy Manager

Want to see your vision have an impact? As a Category and Customer Strategy Manager with Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to own the strategy and see the results in stores around the world.**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute effective 4P strategy by customer/channel mix to maximize profitability - in collaboration with the Brand Trade Marketing team.
- Implement category strategies and vision across customers: lead and support the implementation of promotional strategy, assortment & shelving optimization, and NPD launch across customers, in line with brand priorities
- Partner with KAMs to recommend in-store actions aimed at strengthening Reckitt's position within categories. Perform ongoing ROI analysis across a broad range of activities to guide effective commercial outcomes and support trade spend optimization objectives.
- Build a trustful and ongoing relationship with customers, sharing market/category/consumer trends. Establish Reckitt as a customer partner and category expert.
- Monitor categories and customer performance through monthly analysis releases on sell-in/sell-out data, and share business improvement opportunities in monthly business review meetings.
- Build 4Ps gap analysis and work with Sales and Marketing to develop/agree on clear, specific plans for corrective actions.
- Create short and long-term category strategies based on a thorough understanding of market conditions and consumer habits/trends.
- Champion product innovation by seamless market entry. Includes developing a compelling trade story, supportive materials, and tracking/analyzing 4Ps whenever implemented.
- Whitecoat acting; contributing to the customer and category growth, based on analyzing, and defining the right assortment, shelf presence, and promo strategy.
- You will own and drive the 4P strategy for RB brands with a true opportunity to create and drive change.
- You need to identify opportunities and risks, to deliver the optimum plans against these, and to drive the business toward rapid and decisive action plans to win.
- Being known for making positive changes to Category performance, through innovation-led thinking with a clear roadmap & timelines to achieve 4P excellence.
