For a client near **Brussels**, Hays is looking for a **Junior Project Manager**.

**Your tasks**
***
You manage small to medium sized (budget and complexity) IT projects according to the company project management process.
You prepare and coordinate the regular executive project steerco meetings with Directors.
In coordination with business department heads, you provide the regular performance dashboards for IT Applications.
You provide regular monthly Project Dashboards.
You drive all project Lessons Learned sessions and provide follow up reports on project closure.
**Your profile**

You have an interest in developing skills in IT Project Management and have enough knowledge to run small to medium-sized projects. You have a medium level of experience working with Microsoft Excel.
You have minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a project team or in an IT environment and at least 1 year experience with enterprise wide-reporting.
You communicate with ease (in English) to all levels of an organization.
You excel at regular project reporting and you can look at a process and provide thoughtful recommendations for improvement with a high quality documentation.
You have autonomy, you pay attention to detail and are results-oriented. You are open-minded, a good team player and communicator, firm but fair, punctual and able to make your own initiative.
