Learning Management System Coordinator

As **Learning Management System Coordinator** you have the opportunity to build the Learning Management environment for GC Europe. This new project starts from scratch and will offer creativity & freedom to develop something completely new. This demands eagerness, strong drive and high motivation level. The Coordinator of Learning Management System (LMS) is responsible for the requirement gathering, analysis, design, implementation, security, integration, training, maintenance and end-user support of the GC Europe LMS.

**Key responsibilities**:
**LMS Administrator & Coordinator (Moodle)**
- Performing system administrator activities for Moodle Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload course materials, configuration of functionality such as course modules, communications, surveys, reports, and notifications
- User access requests management
- Administering learning system audiences
- Designing and running LMS reports for management (GCE) and local branches
- Close work with the LMS project team and alignment on all activities, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to functioning of the LMS and course content
- Performing tests to ensure courses/programs function properly once launched
- Monitoring learner inquiries regarding either specific learning programs or general LMS questions, and either respond to resolve the inquiry or route them to the appropriate point of contact
- Create/develop administration and user manuals for managing Moodle LMS/iSpring

**LM Content Design (Ispring)**
- Configuring new courses/updating existing courses in learning system based on the input of Product Management, Sales, HR and other involved departments.
- Content planning and deployment together with sales, product management and other departments
- Supporting other department in creation of visually attractive online courses (content, quizzes, assessments)
- Coordination of content translation and implementation of translations in 5 main languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish, German)

**LMS Trainer & Promotor**
- Training & support to associates across EU & support of local deployment
- Supporting external parties in getting access (like sales representatives or dealers). Acting as a central point of contact.
- Promote LMS internally by proving outstanding “customer service”

**Main requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Learning & Development, or Business, or any other related field, or an equivalent of the same in working experience;
- 3+ years of experience administering and maintaining a Learning Management System (Moodle);
- Experience in Content design with Ispring;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail;
- Systems savvy, with solid troubleshooting and system configuration experience;
- Comfortability extracting and managing large amounts of data;
- Knowledge and experience in learning analytics;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and adaptable;
- Ability to identify problems and resolve issues in a quick and timely manner;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Project Management skils
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively;
- Ability to think strategically but equally able to develop and execute tactics
