Notre département Acquisition & Development est à la recherche d’un étudiant **enthousiaste**, **dynamique et proactif **pour son bureau de Kraainem, à la périphérie de **Bruxelles**.

**Missions**:
Nous convenons avec vous d’un ensemble de tâches en fonction de vos compétences et de vos intérêts. En outre, nous ajouterons à votre dossier des tâches dans lesquelles vous souhaitez vous-même évoluer au cours de votre stage. Une partie de vos missions, de vos tâches consistera à **participer au processus d’élaboration d’un projet de promotion immobilière** en:

- Prospectant de manière pro-active les zones cibles du marché immobilier ;
- Prenant contact avec les propriétaires de sites intéressants pour un potentiel développement de projet ;
- Participant aux visites et aux négociations mises en place avec les propriétaires ;
- Faisant preuve de créativité dans l’imagination de futurs projets ;
- Assistant aux réunions de projets avec les collaborateurs et autorités pour le développement des projets en cours ;
