Overview:
Jij begrijpt het. Het draait allemaal om de winkelervaring van de klant. Je houdt ervan om te praten over sneakers en gerelateerde producten, net zoveel als je ervan houdt om deze te verzamelen. Je legt makkelijk contacten en weet op natuurlijke wijze werkrelaties op te bouwen. Als doel heb je de verkoop van producten te stimuleren door middel van effectieve visual merchandising (VM) technieken in onze etalages en door de hele winkel. Door jouw VM-expertise ziet onze store er strak uit en verhogen we onze omzet. Hierbij rapporteer je aan de Store Manager en werk je nauw samen met de rest van het team.

Qualifications:

- Doelmatige communicatie in de Engelse taal is een vereiste.
- Je bent gemotiveerd om geweldige resultaten te behalen door je enthousiasme voor de interactie met klanten, sneakers en gerelateerde producten.
- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en de leiding te kunnen nemen met bepaalde projecten of taken.
- Vermogen om, indien nodig, bedrijf gerelateerde berekeningen te lezen, op te schrijven en uit te voeren en gegevens te analyseren.
- Flexibele beschikbaarheid waaronder avonden, weekenden, en sommige feestdagen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Richt zich op het bereiken van klanttevredenheid en het verhogen van omzet door 100% voltooiing van de visual merchandising werkzaamheden.
- Focust zich op het creëerem van een warme en vriendelijke winkelomgeving.
- Verbetert meerdere verkopen per transactie door middel van verbeterde prestentatietechnieken.
- Stimuleert visuele presentaties waarbij gebruik is gemaakt van de hedendaagse VM- en marketing richtlijnen om het merk te promoten en een hoog niveau van VM standaarden te behalen.
- Werkt consequent met de winkel database om er zeker van te zijn dat alle afdelingen goed onderhouden worden.
- Werkt in samenspraak met de Assistent Visual Manager van de regio.
- Ondersteunt de Assistant Visual Manager met de communicatie / vertaling.
- Verzorgt feedback middels campagnebeelden, POS, veranderingen in fixtures en nieuwe installaties of diverse verzoeken van het HQ VM team.
- Is zich bewust van de lokale concurrenten en de activiteiten van de winkels.
- Werkt samen met de vestigingsmanager in het zien van commerciële kansen om de omzet te maximaliseren waar het de bestsellers van de winkel en het bedrijf betreft.
- Coacht en traint collega’s naar aanleiding van de gestelde Foot Locker VM standaarden, om zo de consistentie van de winkel te waarborgen.
- Communiceert effectief met de Assistant Visual Manager, vestigingsmanager, team members en District Manager.
- Werkt samen met het team om de verwachtingen van klanten te overtreffen en mogelijke problemen op te lossen.
