**Key Responsibilities
- Customer service of selected sales partners
- Processes all customer orders in a timely and accurate matter: standard range orders (replenishment), pre-selling orders, fair orders, contract orders, spare parts orders,
- Keeps the customer constantly informed of possible issues, delays, etc. in the delivery of orders.
- Promptly resolves complaints or disputes from customers/consumers in a courteous and efficient way.
- Lead in answering consumer questions sent by mail or social media (excl. any questions related to service-after-sales/repairs and e-com orders).
- Support on preparations for each sales season (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter), incl. pricelists, samples etc
- Support on maintenance of shared information and photo assets on different platforms (f.e. The Sam, Salsify)
- Handling of product administration/data requests of retail partners
- Perform administrative tasks to support the team on ad hoc basis
