**Product Manager Oncology**
As Product Manager, your **mission** is to develop and implement an in-depth strategy and promotional tactics consistent with our strategic marketing recommendations to ensure the performance of our therapeutic solutions within the Belgian Subsidiary, and this in a cross functional way.
**Your activities** will be:
- Define the marketing plan for one of our therapeutic solutions in digestive oncology
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the market and sales performance
- Develop promotional materials in compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical constraints
- Implementation of the promotional campaigns and commercial activities in an omnichannel strategy
- Develop services adapted to each target population
- Detail the content of the marketing plan and promotional materials for the medical call
- Collaborate actively with the team on our projects in digestive oncology
- Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders at local and global level (eg. Medical Affairs, Digital Officer, business Intelligence, Regulatory affairs, Sales,) and external partners (agencies)
- Attend national and international congresses
**Your **profil**:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences
- Previous sales or marketing experience within Pharmaceutical or Health Sector
- Knowledge/experience of Digital Marketing Tools
- Advanced level of English is mandatory
- A good command of French and/or Dutch
- Experience in oncology is a plus, but not mandatory
**Knowledge Requirements**:
- Patient oriented mindset to develop well adapted patient solutions
- Planning and organizational skills, including ability to follow tasks/assignments through to
completion
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills to efficiently and productively communicate, both orally and in writing
- Good analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial, eager to learn, positive energy and a results-oriented, can-do attitude, and a
service mindset
