**Role Overview**
We are seeking a **Technical Inspector** to join our growing service team. This is a field-based role, reporting to the Service Manager, and designed to strengthen the quality of technical support offered to our dealers and end customers.
As a **hands-on technical expert**, you will help with machine preparation, setup, field demonstrations, and technical training. You'll work closely with our network of 500+ dealers, acting as a trusted advisor and support contact in the field.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist dealers in solving technical problems on our machinery.
- Prepare and set up machines before delivery or demonstration.
- Conduct field demonstrations and adjustments directly on farms.
- Train dealer technicians on how to service and repair our equipment.
- Provide feedback from the field to the service and engineering teams.
- Travel frequently within Belgium, the Netherlands, and occasionally to our factories in Italy or Romania for training.
- Maintain service documentation and input data via company systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of **agricultural machinery** or related equipment.
- Passionate about **farming and technology**.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive.
- Willing and able to travel regularly and work in diverse environments (fields, workshops, customer sites).
- Ready to learn - we will provide full training on our machinery and systems.
- Computer-literate (basic IT and diagnostic tools).
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in **Dutch, French, and English** (spoken and written).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Prior experience in agricultural service, mechanical engineering, or technical field support is a strong plus.
- Flexible mindset and good communication skills.
- Available as soon as possible.
