For our Asset Delivery department at our office in Brussels (near to Central Station and subway, see the map here) we’re looking for an **Junior Project Leader Belgium** (M/F/x).

**Job**
**purpose***:
As a member of our project team, you will play a key role in the construction and development of large-scale infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all phases of the project, from feasibility studies to commissioning, meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives. You will coordinate with in-house departments, oversee contractors and maintain close communication with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the project in compliance with company standards.

**Your**
**responsibilities***:

- You will join the project team responsible for building terminal installations such as liquefaction units, compressor stations, cracking installations, and storage and transshipment facilities for various molecules (CH4, NH3, CO2, H2, etc.). You will be in charge of smaller projects or parts of larger investment projects
- You will receive support from external engineering companies, external service providers and various Fluxys departments, including Engineering, Legal, Permits and HSEQ. For the implementation of the project, third-party contractors will be hired and work under your supervision
- You will ensure that the project's quality, budget and schedule targets are met and that the deliverables are duly transferred to the operator
- In joint venture projects, you will act as owner's representative for Fluxys within the JV's project organisation
- You will establish project procedures and specifications to ensure that the deliverables meet client, engineering and project requirements

**About**
**you***:

- You have a master's degree in industrial, civil, electromechanical, chemical or energy engineering
- You have at least five years' experience in a process environment such as petrochemicals, energy or chemicals, or experience in a Seveso environment
- You have initial experience as a project manager/leader or engineer in infrastructure projects
- You have a strong analytical and critical mind combined with a pragmatic attitude and a taste for fieldwork
- You have good organisational skills and are very flexible
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy cooperation and negotiation and know how to motivate others
- You are results-oriented and come up with innovative solutions
- You have an excellent command of French and Dutch, as well as a good grasp of English
