Your Profile:
- You are pro-active, autonomous, and willing to be a team player in an international team

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are fluent in English both spoken & written (TME business language), other language are a plus
- You have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (in particular excel & ppt).
- Knowledge/experience of Automotive or sales & marketing background are a plus, but no necessity

Your team and your responsibilities:
Marketing Communications team in Lexus Europe is responsible for Pan European strategic and operational implementation of brand and model communications.
**Your responsibilities**:
Project lead in creation of marketing content for model campaigns and events:
- Manage agencies and internal stakeholders
- Support the development of communication strategy into creative
- Follow up on the production of assets for the various consumer segments and channels
- Ensure a timely delivery and distribution of campaign assets to the Pan Euro network
- Ensure production budget efficiency and production quality through production audits and reconciliations
- Coordination of Pan European market network
- You are in daily contact with our Pan Euro network managing ad hoc request for your projects/models
- Coordinate and manage project budget
- Monitor and report regularly on your project budget
- Follow up on purchase order process and invoicing
- PDCA of model campaign performance
- Conduct analysis on usage of assets and content by NMSCs and production efficiency
- Monitor and analyse the take-up and localisation of communication assets across the network
- Other responsibilities:
- Participate to model campaigns shooting and markets events
- Present model camapign contents at corporate meetings to the markets
On top of the responsibilities above, the position requires to support following administrative tasks:
- Support to Lexus Head of Division for key business trips and corporate Meetings setting
- Support to Lexus Head of Division for Monthly Business briefing organisation
- Ad hoc tasks depending on business needs
