- Analyze current operations at care institutions, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide realistic, tailored advice.
- Use numerical data to analyze cases and motivate your proposals.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions that reflect the unique characteristics of each hospital within the global healthcare system.
- Establish strong relationships with clients by providing customized solutions.
- Adhere to deadlines and demonstrate flexibility in various work environments.
- Collaborate with clients and motivate teams for change.
- Develop and manage your own agenda efficiently, demonstrating stress resistance and excellent time management skills.

**Key Requirements**:

- A strong educational background complemented by work experience in a consulting environment focused on supply chain/logistics
- Affinity with the healthcare sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (native level) and English.
- Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset.
- Ownership skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), but also ERP tools like SAP.
