Als Sr. Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, uitvoering en afronding van één of meerdere projecten binnen de gestelde tijdslijnen, budgetten en kwaliteitseisen. Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders en projectteams uit verschillende workstreams/vakgebieden waaronder IT, Operations, HR, Facilities, Finance, Capacity Planning... Je behaalt projectdoelen en borgt een effectieve communicatie en coördinatie.

**Wat doe je?**:
- Coördineren en afstemmen van één of meerdere projecten om synergieën en efficiënte resource allocatie te realiseren.
- Ontwikkelen, beheren en monitoren van het project plan, inclusief scope, tijdlijnen, budgetten en resources.
- Zorgdragen voor de naleving van projectmethodologieën en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
- Identificeren en mitigeren van projectrisico's en problemen.
- Leiden van de projectteams en zorgen voor de toewijzing van taken en verantwoordelijkheden.
- Bevorderen van samenwerking en communicatie binnen het projectteam en alle betrokken workstreams binnen de organisatie.
- Rapporteren van voortgang, prestaties en resultaten aan het senior management en Steer Commitees.

- Je bezit het vermogen om onder druk te werken en deadlines te halen.
- Je communiceert zowel mondeling als schriftelijk duidelijk en effectief in het Nederlands en Engels.
