Vinçotte is currently transforming itself into a more customer centric and efficient organization, through different digitalization initiatives. For our HQ in Vilvoorde, we are looking for a strong **Digital Marketing Specialist** (M/V/X)

As a **Digital Marketing Expert**, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the overall content strategy based on Vinçotte specific goals and objectives. Among your responsibilities:

- Manage and develop a mid-term content & social media strategy, creating content each month to drive visitors to the website, generate leads and subscribers, raise the awareness of the Vinçotte brand;
- Create various types of content such as news article and blogs, and coordinate the production of supporting visual content with colleagues from the local Vinçotte offices;
- Craft compelling content across various social media platforms, monitoring social media metrics and use data to optimize campaigns and improve performance;
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and share insights with the organization;
- Work continuously and intensively with product specialists, business experts, sales teams, and other industry experts and support them in the go to market of new services;
- Ensure that our divisions and local offices get the attention they deserve, cooperating with them in the creation of contents.
- Manage the website and keep it up to date with the digital vision of Vinçotte

**What do you bring to the table**:

- Degree: Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
- Experience: You have minimum 5 years of experience in producing digital content, as well as channel-specific knowledge;
- Languages: You are fluent in English and Dutch _or_ French. If you speak all 3 fluently, you have a great advantage
- Skills:

- A deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices;
- Working autonomously does not shock you; having almost sole responsibility over this domain? Check
- Good time-management skills, ability to multitask and strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
- A positive attitude, make it happen mentality, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn;
- You are not afraid of deadlines and planning;
- Video editing/design skills are a plus.
