Hays is looking for a BI Manager to help our international client grow as a data-driven shipping business.

**Your new role**:

- You will be responsible for all the data reporting in Tableau
- You will lead by example a team composed of data analysts, functional analysts and developers

**Who we are looking for**:

- You are a Senior BI Analyst or BI Team Leader with at least 4 years of working experience in Business Intelligence.
- You have a clear view of the BI Microsoft stack and ready to start an exciting challenge
- You have a good command of English AND French or Dutch
- You like to share your knowledge and ideas with others
