Samen met je collega’s draag je bij tot de verdere uitbouw van dit nieuwe departement binnen Belfius. Met de stakeholders binnen de verschillende verdedigingslinies, draag je bij tot de versterking van de risico-cultuur betreffende de Legal & Tax risico’s.

**De job in een notendop**

Als Legal & Tax risk control officer speel je een centrale rol in de identificatie, evaluatie en monitoring van de legal & tax gerelateerde risico’s binnen Belfius Bank vanuit de tweede lijn.
- Je werkt mee aan het opstellen en het challengen van de risico cartografie van de legal & tax gerelateerde risico’s.
- Je voert risicoanalyses uit op basis van processen en procedures gekoppeld aan de domeinen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid, om te bepalen welke monitoring moet gebeuren.
- Op basis van het opgezette monitoringprogramma, zie je toe op de correcte uitvoering van de controles die worden gedaan door de eerste lijn, en afhankelijk van de resultaten stel je corrigerende maatregelen voor.
- Je plant en voert specifieke onafhankelijke controles uit. Je formuleert voorstellen voor aanbevelingen en volgt de uitvoering ervan op in overleg met de betrokken stakeholders.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- Je behaalde een diploma in een juridische of fiscale richting of deed gelijkwaardige ervaring op.
- Je hebt min. 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring in een interne controle functie eigen aan de financiële sector.
- Je draagt integriteit hoog in het vaandel.
- Je hebt een kritische & analytische geest en bent pragmatisch ingesteld.
- Je gaat proactief te werk, kan prioritiseren en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je bent dynamisch en werkt oplossingsgericht.
- Je beheerst de Office-tools op professionele wijze.
- Je hebt sterke communicatievaardigheden zowel in het Nederlands en Frans. Bovendien heb je een goed niveau in het Engels.
- Je bezit het vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders.
