stow is a dynamic and global key player in the racking & storage solutions industry. In line with our continuous growth and innovation efforts, we have developed automated storage solutions both for pallets and bins. These automated solutions are headed by Movu Robotics.
**Job Description**:
For Movu Robotics we are looking for a motivated Technical & Quality Manager to oversee the technical operations and quality control processes of our manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Provide technical support to the engineering and production teams, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on process improvements.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety, and develop strategies to address these areas.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and best practices in robotics manufacturing.
- Manage a team of Production Engineers and quality control personnel to ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure that all products are developed and produced in a manner that meets customer needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and other external partners to ensure that our manufacturing processes are efficient and cost-effective.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and experience**:
Proven experience as a technical and/or quality manger
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in an assembly environment
Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed
Strong problem solving skills and logical approach
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
In depth understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9000 etc.)
Ability to design processes and layouts
Experience with product data management for an ERP system (preferably SAP)
**Degree**:
Relevant master degree in electromechanics / industrial design
**Languages**:
Fluent knowledge of Dutch & English, French is a plus
