Plant Controller

For our client, a **production company** based in de region of **Tessenderlo**, we are looking for a **Plant Controller (m/v/x)**.

As a **Plant Controller**, you'll be a crucial partner for the Belgium branch manager, providing performance analysis and serving as the local finance point of contact.

**Your responsibilities as Plant Controller**:

- Contribute to the monthly closing and reporting process;
- Provide explanations for variances;
- Coordinate and facilitate forecasting and budgeting processes;
- Support local management in monitoring performance and profitability;
- Follow variances KPIs, product costing and monitor stocks;
- Implement the control model defined at group level;
- Provide support to the local team and accompany change;
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives;
- Work on transformation projects such as an ERP integration;
- Collaborate with the French branch controller.

**Your profile**:

- You have at least 10 years of experience in finance;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus;
- Previous experience in the production industry is a plus;
- You are practically and result-oriented;
- Team player.
