We are currently looking for an ambitious **expansion manager **to further develop a network of real estate franchisees.

Our client is an upcoming **franchisor** in the ever-growing world of **residential real estate**.

Their mission is to dust off the traditional way of working in their sector and place technology and humanity at the heart of their operations.

They currently have a network of 32 offices throughout **Belgium** and **France** and are looking for an expansion manager to put them further on the map in **Flanders**.

**Your role?**

You are the **ambassador** of the **group** in the **Flemish** **region** and actively expand their network and reach.
- You spot **new real estate agencies/professionals **who want to transform/set up their business
- Next you help them develop a **strategic** and **financial** **plan** to assure a successful launch
- Your **customer** **success** team follows up the **daily** **operations** but you keep in touch and follow up their evolution
- To top it all off you get the chance to **build** **up** your own **sales** **tribe** around you and - further - develop your **management** skills

**Your profile?**

Besides an incredible charming personality you have at least **7 years of experience** in the field of **real** **estate**.

You get your energy from building and maintaining new relationships and **consultative** **selling** is your middle name.

Last but not least - as the face of Flanders you are fluent in Dutch but also proficient in English.
