**Safety Health Environment (SHE) Manager**
**Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium**

As a SHE Manager, you will be oversee and manage all local SHE activities at site. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and employee involvement in the site SHE programs as well as define the local roadmap and lead all aspects of SHE in a matter that supports the related Management Principles and Operational Codes. In this role, you will work closely with the local management team and with the shopfloor. You will report to the Plant Director and will also be part of dynamic regional and global SHE networks, where you will plan an autonomous role as a member of the SHE community.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Be the SHE expert and act as a point of contact for all SHE matters;
- Provide leadership and ongoing support of a behavioral based safety culture complying with SHE Management Principles & Operational Codes;
- Drive the site mission and objectives within SHE into local roadmaps, following Global and Regional strategy, to meet regulatory, business and employees-customers’ requirements ;
- Build effective relationship, coach, influence and support stakeholders at all levels within the organization to strengthen SHE Culture and drive SHE Excellence;
- Lead and monitor key SHE projects;
- Drive, execute and monitor performance reporting;
- Lead or participate in audits to identify the site’s level of compliance and have a viewpoint of its HSSE management system, including recommendations that address deficiencies;

**You bring**
- Occupational Health Safety (OHS) Management Degree with indicative professional qualification, Safety Engineer is a plus;
- 5+ years’ experience in SHE/OHS at managerial level, Pharma, Chemical or Food Industry is a must, experience in Flavors is a plus;
- Ability to think both strategically and plan ahead, but also be hands on;
- Excellent communication skills adapted at the stakeholders;
- Rigorous and data driven;
- Able to make decision autonomously, as well part of a cross functional team and work in a fast pace environment;
- Strong influential and communication skills in French and English;
- Computer skills
