Vr & Ap Process Analyst

**Job Purpose**:Is the local liaison with the Accounts Payable and Vendor Receivables department in the shared service center (SSC).

Works on improving the finance processes and reporting - mainly linked to vendor related topics.

***Responsibilities**:

- Manage Cash Days related to vendors: prepare payment proposal Trade Vendors, review the Vendor Net Position
- Perform different type of tasks for Month-end, quarter end, and year end closing
- Control and report on specific AP and VR KPI
- Review of Ageing accounts and following up
- Review of vendor account reconciliations
- Timely escalation of AP and VR issues internally and externally
- Take an active local role with vendors in order to clear aged items and resolve any other issues
- Support of finance related projects
- Is proactive in finding new solutions, new ways of working, savings and can communicate with different departments and stakeholders to make sure these solutions are implemented
- Other tasks and duties as delegated by Management

***Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience is required.
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in finance
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Able to effectively multi-task.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
