We’re looking for an independent and ambitious Talent Acquisition Expert to strengthen our team and hit our ambitious growth goals.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you are responsible for the hiring success, measured by hiring within budget/time and company fit.
- You will be responsible for the complete recruitment of all the departments
- You conduct the intake call with the hiring manager, draft the job description, decide on sourcing strategy: flow, recruitment channels and agencies;
- You will conduct the HR interviews and follow up on the next steps of the process together with the hiring manager;
- You will work closely together with the HR director, HR responsible, marketing, hiring managers and others to attract and hire the best talent.
Administrative/operational tasks:
- You will be responsible to organize the onboarding of all our new joiners (contracts, pre-boarding admin and training schedule);
- You will create social media posts on recruitment together with our Marketing team.
**We want you to have**:
- You have a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience;
- You have experience in recruitment, preferably gained in a Saas scale-up;
- You have an excellent command of English (both written and verbal);
- You have strong communication skills and are able to communicate in a clear and concise way;
- You have a strong business focus and show discretion in dealing with sensitive information;
- You have excellent personal time management skills and are able to meet deadlines;
- You have solid IT skills, strong Excel skills in particular;
- You enjoy working and contributing to a team but you are also capable of working autonomously in a highly professional environment;
- You are flexible, accurate and proactive;
- Experience with digital recruitment platforms is a plus.
