Fulfillment Supervisor

Ghent, Belgium

We are looking for a profile to manage the Pozyx warehouse and order administration. As a Fulfillment Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations team where you take ownership of our logistic processes both physical and in our ERP system. You will process incoming orders and package outgoing orders. You will make sure orders are shipped and delivered to our end customers with a high awareness of quality within the expected delivery times. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in a company that delivers state-of-the-art technology and fulfill orders all over the globe.

**Key responsibilities**:

- You want to pursue a high level of quality control
- You will manage and deliver customer orders on-time
- You are a team player and will work closely together within the Operations teams and in good relationship with the Sales team and all other teams
- You will escalate when unforeseen issues arise
- You will manage stock levels
- You will consolidate and report throughput times
- You are responsible for ERP administration: order fulfillment, invoicing, etc
