**Fyteko is a biotech company building a biomolecule development pipeline to discover, develop and commercialize new crop care products to help the world's farmers speed their transition to a more sustainable agriculture.

Identified through original research, our proprietary biomolecules include biostimulants, herbicide bioenhancers and biocontrol products. Together, we can help farmers effect an easier transition towards more responsible, and more sustainable agricultural practices.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Research and development of innovative molecules in accordance with Fyteko strategy: Technological watch, screening of molecules, formulation, Support in the development of characterization methods and their implementation in the laboratory
- Development of formulations in line with market needs: Development and validation of ¿end product¿ formulations considering economic imperatives, company values and customer needs; work in collaboration with biological validation to validate new molecules and formulations developed.
- Up-scaling of the finalized formulation: Up-scaling of the active ingredients and the formulation validated internally and externally in collaboration with the production teams.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Master degree or Bachelor degree with relevant experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on attitude
- Bilingual French/ English - any other language is a plus.
- Be able to integrate information and have a complete view after treatment of this one, and to be able to act in accordance with the priority and necessity to reach the objectives.

This laboratory position is not compatible with homeworking. You will need to be onsite 100% of your working time.
