We are looking for a motivated, creative and enterprising **Digital Marketing Manager** to join our rapidly expanding digital team - working across a varied range of clients across consumer, healthcare and technology. Within this role you will have the opportunity to provide account/client management, digital consultancy, social media activity and campaign delivery to a variety of brands and organisations.
Globally, The Weber Shandwick Collective has around 800 digital specialists, who cover everything from build and UX to search video production, animation, design and beyond.
Your role will be to expand our digital opportunities within the practice, drawing on these specialists as required. Owing to the wide range of clients and their differing business goals, you will need to display a strategic, creative and business-orientated approach to digital/social communications, as well as a sound understanding of the commercial aspects of agency life.
You’ll be integrated into Weber Shandwick Brussels’ Digital Team (team of 5 people) reporting directly to the SVP, Head of Digital. Longer term, you’ll likely have an associate or intern reporting into you. Following your onboarding you’ll likely have an associate or intern reporting into you supporting you on the operational aspects of your role.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Support the head of Digital, client leads and wider teams to drive digital growth
- Develop digital strategies to help our clients reach their business objectives
- You’ll manage international clients, partnering with them on each step of the project - You build relationships with clients based on trust and a mutual understanding.
- Support the SVP in creating the right team(s) to serve the client
- You’ll have independence on digital client work and over time you’ll be the go-to person on key digital accounts
- You’ll liaise with third party suppliers within a project internal & external (eg. adtech partners)
- Work with the PR teams to create strategic and creative digital ideas
- Highlight results, measure success, and promote wins and key learnings to client.
- Create proposals and control costs for digital activity
- Support the development of the Brussels ‘hub’ for digital work
- Get involved and make your own contributions in agency development and assist with new business.
**ABOUT YOU**
- You have minimum 3 years’ work experience with exposure to digital & direct marketing
- You are a social butterfly immersing yourself in social media and digital culture
- You have incredible levels of organisation
- You have experience across owned, earned and paid online media
- You’re no stranger to digital research, analysis and measurement techniques
- You possess a sound understanding of various web technologies to support online campaign execution and digital content creation
- You are interested by the metaverse and WEB 3, and want to learn more about it
- You understand commercial aspects of digital projects (costs, margins, ROI)
- You’re able to track digital activity back to business outcomes (conversions, awareness, sales, etc.)
- You know how to use social media tools
- You’re a strong communicator and you know how to handle clients. You’re fluent in English with proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
