**What we achieve together**:
As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and supporting the Country Director and executive committee on various strategic and operational activities such as identification of business opportunities, preparation of presentations for stakeholder review, business performance analysis and monitoring, business strategy development and planning.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting market and competitor analysis to develop actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Coordinating business and strategy reviews, and preparing various presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating dashboards to monitor progress and performance.
- Collaborating with all relevant teams to define and implement the most effective business models and go-to-market strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Translating go-to-market strategies into an annual sales and marketing plan in collaboration with sales and marketing management, and following up on defined actions and set targets.
- Developing other business plans (e.g. Service) and steering business actions, ensuring follow-up with the team to achieve desired outcomes.

- Master’s Degree in Business Management, Economics or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading strategic business development projects and delivering measurable improvements.
- Experienced in strong stakeholder management and able to drive change in a dynamic setting with evolving priorities.
- Analytical mindset and a strong drive to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
- Affinity with IT-related topics (data analysis, digital solutions, process automation).
