**Your tasks**

A SME in the energy sector based in West Flanders is looking for a Business Analyst to complement its team.

You are in charge of monitoring internal processes and way of working efficiency. You will prepare functional analyzes for IT colleagues and set up test protocols. You make sure that the members of the development team can organize, plan and deliver their own work. You work proactively with the project manager and consult with executive colleagues. You will be able to analyze complex issues and translating into efficient solutions in order to make innovation or improvement proposals toward the organization and directs its implementation.

**Your profile**

- You have previous experience as a Business Analyst
- You have an analytical, process thinking and problem-solving mindset
- You have strong communication skills and financial/strategic insight
- You are able to write structured and clear requirements. You speak the language of the business and can make a translation to the IT part.
