IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Solution Delivery Lead Procurement** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- Je werkt samen met onze klant een roadmap uit voor jouwBusiness Area die in lijn is met de bedrijfsstrategie en waarmee je de digitale transformatie enprioriteiten van het bedrijf helpt realiseren.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle applicaties binnen jouw Business Area gegroepeerd zijn in een aantalportfolio’s en stelt voor elke portfolio een owner (en back-up owner) aan die end-to-endverantwoordelijk is voor de stabiliteit, beschikbaarheid, performantie en evolutie van deapplicaties en modules binnen zijn/haar portfolio.
- Je staat in voor contacten met de klant en met alle andere stakeholders, met name wanneerhet gaat over strategische beslissingen.
- Je maakt een inschatting van de risico’s, visibiliteit en kriticiteit van projecten en bespreekt dezeop geregelde tijdstippen met je afdelingshoofd.
- Je stelt een OPEX- en CAPEX-budget op dat afgestemd is met de voornaamste stakeholdersen met de businessstrategie en beheert deze budgetten als eengoede huisvader.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw team optimaal bemand is in functie van de noden, zodat de servicedelivery, kennisborging en -spreiding gegarandeerd zijn; in geval van conflicterende aanvragenvoor projectcapaciteit fungeer jij als escalatiepunt. Je stuurt je medewerkers aan en coacht hen,je houdt op geregelde tijdstippen 1-2-1’s, bevordert de onderlinge samenwerking en zorgt insamenwerking met HR voor de nodige opleiding en ontwikkeling.

Functie-eisen
- Je hebt een Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een IT- of economische richting, of gelijkwaardig doorervaring
- Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een IT-omgeving, waarvan minstens 5 jaar methet aansturen van een team. Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands, Frans, Engels
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van Project Management (zowel Agile als Waterfall methodologieën)en IT-processen (ITIL).
- Je hebt functionele kennis van SAP Ariba voor volgende modules:

- o Spend Analysis
- o Sourcing
- o Contracts
- o Supplier Lifecycle & Performance
- o Guided Buying
- o Commerce Automation
- o Supply Chain Collaboration
- Je hebt een goede business kennis van end-to-end Procurement processes (source-to-contract /contract-to-pay). Je kan hierover meepraten met onze klant en hem hierin adviseren.
- Kennis van tools als Jira, ServiceNow en SAP SolMan zijn mooi meegenomen.
