General Management Trainee

**Project Management**

- Collaborate with hotel management to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various hotel projects.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and contribute to project proposals.
- Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Analyse data and provide recommendations to improve project outcomes.

**Daily Hotel Operations**

- Gain exposure to daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
- Assist in maintaining high-quality guest service standards and resolving guest inquiries or concerns.
- Contribute to the optimization of hotel processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.
- Participate in the planning and execution of special events or promotions.

**HR Support**

- Support the Hotel Manager with employee relations: assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and confidential information in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives such as staff parties or staff forum.
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.

**Profile**

- Fluent in both **English** and **French** (spoken and written).
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, **you have a school convention from May 2026 for 6 months.**
- Strong **organizational** and **communication** skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- **Passion for the hospitality industry** and a strong customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
