**HR Officer**

**Your Mission**

Pour notre département Ressources humaines, nous recherchons un HR officer qui rapportera au DRH.
Cette personne sera active dans les différents aspects des ressources humaines: Formation, évaluation, recrutement, paie et administration du personnel.

**Your tasks**:
**Recrutement**
- Soutien général en matière de recrutement.
- Renforcement des contacts avec les écoles pour attirer les jeunes talents (stages, salons de l'emploi, communication des postes vacants...).

**Paie et administration du personnel**
- Préparation de l'accueil des nouveaux employés (contrat, matériel, programme de formation, message de bienvenue,).
- Traitement des salaires et suivi des dossiers du personnel (maladies, congés, documents sociaux, contrôles médicaux, etc.)
- Suivi de la législation sociale pour nos différentes CP

**Développement du personnel**
- Mise en place de plan de formation et suivi des formations interne et externes
- Support dans la communication interne
- Suivi des plans d onboarding **your hard and soft skills**

**& experiences**:

- Master Degree en Ressources humaines, Psychologie, Business administration
- Première expérience en administration du personnel
- Bonnes connaissance en Néerlandais
- Expérience dans l’Horeca est un plus
- Bonnes compréhension de la législation sociale
- Sociable et communicatif
- Bon sens de la confidentialité
- Est organisé et travaille rapidement avec précision
- Esprit d’initiative et autonome
