We are actively looking for a business controller to join an international company located in west Flanders.
Our client is a world leader and trendsetter in outdoor design concepts. Joining this firm as business controller will allow you to join a winning team and provide vital support for the further growth of the company You will overview, manage, and outlook the business in deep and have an insight into the performance and perspectives of the business at a group level.
**You will be in charge of**:
- Handling reporting processes
- Ensure cost control
- Be responsible for the budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare analyses and ad-hoc research
- Control of business processes and recommendation
- Work on process optimization and performance improvement projects
- Act as the right-hand of the manager.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You speak French and/or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
- IT minded and ready to do the extra-miles, you are always trying to find the best innovative solutions to resolve problems and improve processes
- Passionate about your function, you combine your analytical skills and technical knowledges to provide a qualitative and meticulous work
