Project Coordinator

**Description**:

- Project monitoring from A to Z
- Verification of communication material (print & digital)
- Support during events (face-to-face, hybrid and virtual)
- Coordination with the event department for the organization of client’s events
- Ensure a good coordination with other departments of the company (for ex. Studio Department) to create synergies and optimize our performance
- Answer daily requests from clients
- Participate to quotations creation
- Accompanying account managers during their meetings
- Conducting client meeting to take project briefings
- You keep an eye on new work opportunities with existing customers

**Profil**

You are an excellent communicator (Bilingual NL-FR (written & spoken) - English is a plus)
- You have a big smile and a can-do attitude
- You are flexible, organized and have an eye for detail
- You can work independently as well as in a team
- You can handle stress and pressure
- You are dynamic
- You are proactive
- You have organizational and communication skills
- You are confident with modern tools and communication channels
- 2 - 4 years of experience in project coordination / project management / as an account executive is a plus
- Knowledge of the healthcare world is a plus
- A good command of design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator,) is a plus.

**Offre**
- Salary between 2500 and 3000€ gross per month.
