As a **Managing Director in Cybersecurity**, you will support Sia’s growth by leveraging your business development, sales, account management, and content expertise. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of Directors and Partners globally, as well as consultants in Belgium.

You will be responsible, with the Partner, for developing our business in terms of sales and people management:

- Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients and new clients.
- Lead commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers.
- Achieve both sales and delivery targets.
- Oversee business delivery and team management at new and existing clients.
- Provide industry guidance, strategies, and implementation of best practices.
- Build and lead your team of consultants on missions and in commercial endeavors.

**Qualifications**:

- You have successfully completed your Master’s Degree.
- You have at least 8 years of experience within a consultancy company.
- You have a background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and/or organizational transformation.
- You are capable of selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have the ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment within a diverse team in terms of education, position, and skills.
- You are dynamic and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
