**YOUR CHALLENGES**

As a Senior Specialist Finance Projects, you will focus on integrating acquisitions on the one hand, and continuous improvement on the other. This both in terms of processes and systems, software, and practices.

As project owner you are responsible for the autonomous development and follow-up of your projects from A to Z.

What this means specifically:

- Your accounting knowledge enables you to analyze and optimize (financial) business processes
- From your analytical and critical view, you take a close look at the accounting and reporting processes and you know how to translate these insights into concrete advice and actions
- You take care of a correct and smooth course of the implementations within our current and future organizational structure
- As an expert in the field, you act as a point of contact for our users and offer support where necessary
- From your position you identify synergies between the various international entities. For this you work closely with the management teams within the group
- You report directly to the Team Manager Finance Integrations

**YOUR TALENTS**
- You have a master’s level of thinking and at least four years of accounting experience
- Your analytical critical eye and strong project management skills, ensure that every optimization and implementation runs smoothly
- You are constantly looking for additional information and new insights. You can analyze and process these in a short period of time
- To communicate this complex matter in a clear way to non-specialists within the organization, you have strong communication skills
- Finally, you stay up to date on global accounting principles to continue to provide the correct interpretations to system optimizations
