Wij zijn op zoek naar een Quality Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor het stroomlijnen van operationele processen en het leiden van een technisch team.
**JOUW MISSIE?**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van bedrijfsstrategieën naar operationele processen, waarbij je toezicht houdt op de uitvoering en monitoring ervan.
Het opstellen en evalueren van opleidingsprogramma's, verzamelen van feedback, en het doorvoeren van verbeteringen.
️ Coördineren van werkzaamheden, opvolgen van domeinverantwoordelijken en productspecialisten, en het waarborgen van kwaliteitsdoelstellingen.
Analyseren van statistieken, rapporteren aan de hiërarchische verantwoordelijke en het bijdragen aan de verbetering van kwaliteitsborging en efficiëntie.
En bovenal sta je in voor het coördineren van een sterk team om zo elk talent optimaal tot zijn recht te laten komen.
**IS DIT JOU OP HET LIJF GESCHREVEN?**
Technische studies met mínimaal een hoger secundair onderwijs (HSO) niveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring in management en het opstellen van trainingsprogramma's.
Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten met de capaciteit om een technisch team te leiden en structuur te brengen.
Uitstekende people management vaardigheden.
Inzicht in en respect voor vertrouwelijkheidseisen en wetgeving, met de bereidheid om hierin bij te leren.
️ Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om creatief mee te denken en verbeteringen te initiëren.
