This includes the realization of new files, agreements with brokers, as well as the development of new conditions and lucrative covers; - If necessary, you collect the necessary technical information on site or at the client's premises by contacting contractors, architects and other actors in the construction sector throughout Belgium; - You maintain and develop relationships with brokers and clients in a smooth and efficient manner; - You assist the brokers assigned on site in the realization of the decennial liability cases of the construction plan; - You assist the broker in the realization of new business or in the negotiation of existing business with clients; - You are in charge of the underwriting of new business and negotiation of existing business on site with the clients and with the broker, throughout Belgium; - You participate in the inspection and monitoring of sites within the framework of the decennial liability and the RAS within the framework of risk engineering. **Profile** - You have a bachelor degree (insurance, construction) or you have professional experience in the insurance world or as an architectural expert; - You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch with a good knowledge of French; - You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch with a good knowledge of French; You are very accurate in your administrative tasks; - You are familiar with the Peeters Act; - Customer orientation is your second nature.
