Job Description: We're working on a project that digitizes existing safety procedures, is currently in full development. Simultaneously, it is already being extensively used in the field. This represents a significant change for end users, necessitating thorough guidance. Objectives: The consultant will be part of the new "Support Cell" and will be responsible for establishing this cell to efficiently provide guidance and support to end users, as well as to the Business Analysts of the "Delivery Cell." **Responsibilities**: The Functional Analyst and Support Coordinator will have the following responsibilities: - Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for end users in case of questions and/or feedback. - Assist the "Delivery Cell" in carrying out tests and/or defined assignments. - Gather, analyze, and validate Change Requests and/or Bugs. Technical Skills: (M) = Mandatory The following skills are necessary (exclusion criteria): - (M) Proficiency and experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps. - (M) Proficiency in both Dutch and French languages. Soft Skills: - Flexibility in approach. - Strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in problem analysis. - Collaborative approach to teamwork. - Excellent communication skills.
