We are currently looking for a support / helpdesk engineer:
- Ticket handling in 4ME tool and ServiceNow.
- Act as onsite L1 support for the services and support scopes
- Telephony, Network, Cloud related.
- Telephony being currently the biggest scope (80%) of the tickets.
- Interact with support teams/OPS Specialist/CDM
- Ensure end-user communication via mail, Teams, phone
**Requirements**:
- Relevant experiences as Support / Helpdesk
- Good knowledge of Telephony (Avaya)
- Language: English, Dutch or FR
**Benefits**:

Onsite presence required in region Bruges (onboarding 2-3weeks onsite, afterwards +-3 onsite/2 remote)
