Our client is an international luxury brand, renowned for its timeless elegance, refinement, and exceptional craftsmanship. With a global presence, they offer diverse collections, including accessories and ready-to-wear for women, men, and children. As a leading name in the luxury industry, they cater to a discerning international clientele.

To support their growth, we are recruiting a Store Manager for their boutique located in the heart of Antwerp.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the boutique. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, ensuring a premium customer experience, and inspiring the team to embody the brand's values.

**Responsibilities**
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor and analyze KPIs, create action plans to optimize results, and ensure the store’s profitability.
- Customer Experience: Uphold the brand’s high standards by delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience.
- Operational Management: Oversee store activities, including merchandising, stock management, and adherence to procedures.
- Client Development: Develop and implement strategies to build customer loyalty, expand the client database, and enhance after-sales follow-up.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively handle customer feedback and complaints while maintaining a positive store atmosphere.

**Profile Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in store management, ideally in the luxury or fashion sector.
- A passion for customer service and a strong interest in fashion and trends.
- Solid leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong results orientation and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential (knowledge of an additional language is a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

Pay: €2.700,00 - €3.500,00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Vacation money
